RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products (paper chits inside glass bottles), we do not accept returns once the bottle has been opened.

DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph of the damaged product. We will arrange a replacement immediately at no extra cost.

WRONG ITEM

If you received the wrong bottle, contact us within 48 hours and we will send the correct one with priority shipping.
